A new private addiction recovery service offering a range of services for both individuals and businesses has launched in the North-East to tackle the substance misuse and mental health problems in the region.
Recovery4Life is a specialist testing, training and treatment service offering discreet options for individuals and businesses needing support.
Individuals can choose where and when to access highly personalised treatment programmes, either at home or at one of Recovery4Life’s local clinics.
For businesses, the company offers targeted screening and follow up programmes, helping them to support their employees while also managing corporate risks associated with substance misuse and mental health problems.
Speaking of the launch, John Devitt, Founder and Managing Director of Recovery4Life said:
“There has always been a natural reluctance for people to admit that they need help – particularly with issues around, drugs, alcohol and mental health. For many, and particularly those in employment, the stigma attached to misunderstandings of these conditions often acts as a barrier to getting help and support, and not everyone has the money or time to check into a ‘celebrity rehab’.
“We are bringing responsive and affordable private treatment to people across the North East who are looking for high quality treatment and support, to help them maintain their busy lifestyles while addressing their issues.
“We offer appointments and support at times to fit in around clients’ lifestyles, outside traditional working hours, and at locations to suit them – whether this is in their own home or at one of our discreet clinics.
“While residential rehab has its benefits, not everyone can afford to step away from their day-to-day lives for a minimum of three months. Even if they could many people find their recovery journey more achievable and sustainable with their family and friends around them while they maintain and rebuild their lives”
“We offer a level of service and expertise that is not widely available in the UK, and by working with clients in our clinics, their workplace or even in their living-room, they don’t have to pay celebrity prices for a quality service”.
“The North East is one of the worst regions in the country for substance misuse and mental health problems and yet the current provision offered by local authorities is limited at best. We are already using our skills to help people turn around their lives and look forward to making a real difference to the health and happiness of people in the North East in years to come.”
